The following information is an excellent resource on how to use and care for the Raging 510 electronic cigarette and some good tips on keeping it clean and working properly.
Charge the Personal Charging Case (PCC)
The PCC is pre charged from the factory, but it is a good idea to give it a fresh charge before initial use.
- Plug the power cord into the usb port on the left side of the PCC
- Plug the opposite end of the usb into the AC wall outlet adapter for use in charging via a wall outlet, or insert the usb directly into your usb port on your computer for use in charging via a computer
- Once the PCC is plugged into your chosen power source the LCD screen on the front will turn blue and increment through a four bar display
- The PCC will be fully charged in approximately 4 hours and will be able to recharge your Raging 510 e-cig batteries 6 to 8 times without a power source before needing to plug your PCC in for a recharge.
(The PCC is a 100% fully charged when it display’s 4 bars, 75% charged with 3 bars and so on. By Pressing the left hand side of the silver bar switch you can operate a torch light which is located on the bottom of the pack.)
Step Two:
Charge Your Electronic Cigarette Batteries using the PCC
- Insert the battery with the threaded side down in the far front right hand slot of the PCC and screw it down till it seats
- Press and hold the right hand side of the silver bar switch located below the LCD screen on the PCC until the blue LED on the e-cig battery begins to flash and the LCD screen turns red
- It is important to wait for the LCD screen to turn red because this is what indicates the charging process was initiated
- The battery will be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours
Step Three:
How to Use the Raging 510 Electronic Cigarette
- Screw the atomizer onto a charged battery until snug, do not over tighten
- Affix the cartridge with the foil side down into the atomizer until fully seated and then twist it about a half a turn to insure the foil seal is broken by the atomizer (you do not have to remove the foil seal before hand)
- Note: if your atty is brand new and you have a bottle of Smoke Juice (E-liquid) drip 3 to 4 drips on the metal wick inside of it to avoid dry starting and give it a kick start. If you don’t have a bottle of Smoke Juice let the cartridge soak on the atty for a couple minutes before operating
- Press the button on the battery (the blue LED will turn on) and slowly draw the vapor from the e-cig into your mouth and cheeks for about 5 seconds. Then release the button and inhale the vapor into your lungs
- Activating the battery is what produces the vapor within the chamber of the atomizer not the act of inhaling, meaning (sucking harder does not make it work better, actually letting it work and sucking slower is more productive at producing big clouds of vapor)
(The process of dripping smoke juice or e-liquid on the atomizer is usually done for kick starting a new or freshly cleaned atomizer and is not recommended to do every time you refill your cartridge. Over dripping the smoke juice liquid will cause you the need to clean your atomizer more frequently and possibly affect its longevity)
PCC Storage Compartments
- Front storage slots, left to right (Slot 1 refill cartridge, Slot 2 refill cartridge, Slot 3 atomizer with cartridge affixed, Slot 4 battery charging slot-threads down)
- Rear storage slots, left to right (Slot 1 refill cartridge, Slot 2 refill cartridge, Slot 3 refill cartridge, Slot 4 spare battery storage-threads up)
Filling (dry) cartridges with a Smoke Juice refill solution
- Use the eyedropper provided with the bottle of smoke juice to move the excess foil to the sides of the cartridge exposing the poly fiber wadding inside of, or just remove it completely
- Fill the eyedropper with smoke juice and insert it in the cartridge with the tip of it angled toward the sidewall of the cartridge so when you squeeze the eyedropper it forces the liquid to the bottom first filling upward rather than just dripping on top of the wadding to insure complete saturation of the fiber wadding inside.
- If this is hard to get the hang of you can remove the wadding with tweezers or something pointy, add about 4 to 5 drips of smoke juice in the bottom, replace the wadding and put a few additional drip on top of the fiber wadding to insure complete saturation.
Your cartridge is now Ready For Use!
The goal is to completely saturate the poly fiber wadding within the cartridge from bottom to top with your favorite Smoke Juice (E-liquid) till it appears slushy, not pooling or overflowing.
