The Basic Technology and Construction of the Personal Nicotine Vaporizer

Structure: The body is an integrated stainless steel shell structure which contains a Power supply (lithium battery components) with a microcomputer controlled circuit, a manual switch, an operation indicating led, an atomization chamber, and a cartridge.

Operation: The power supply (battery) activates the ceramic pot covered by a protective metal wick. This atomizer which is in contact with a white poly fiber wadding within the cartridge heats up the liquid to the point of vaporization creating the visual appearance of smoke along with a definite throat hit that smokers enjoy.

Smoke Juice: These liquids which come in your favorite flavors are intended for the refilling of the cartridges used by the personal vaporizer or (PV). Smokers use the nicotine solution or smoke juice in a step down method, starting at a high nicotine level 24mg, working down to a low nicotine level 11mg, and eventually zero nicotine. Along with nicotine these liquids contain water and non-carcinogenic, non-toxic common legal food and taste additives, including vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol.
